Sgt. Sal Sifuentes, a medic with the 62nd Medical Brigade, 547th Area Support Medical Company out of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., helps Jerry Tolin, a commercial truck driver from Cleveland, Tenn., unbind tactical vehicles from the truck's trailer in preparation for Vibrant Response 13 July 25, 2012. Tactical vehicles and equipment were brought in for use in the multi-service exercise that begins July 26, 2012. Sifuentes is part of a group of soldiers who were augmenting the 609th Movement Control Team from Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The 609th is responsible for orchestrating the receipt and issue of equipment that will be used for the training event.
