Cpl. Somphone Sihavong, a transportation management coordinator with the 609th Movement Control Team from Fort Bragg, N.C., guides a commercial truck carrying tactical vehicles into the railhead and line-haul site July 25, 2012. Sihavong, a native of China Grove, N.C., is responsible for filing shipping paperwork attached to tactical vehicles and containerized units, and he also assists in delivering the load to the line haul yard and unloading the equipment. As part of the Joint Task Force - Civil Support headquarters element, the 609th MCT and supporting units are preparing to support Vibrant Response 13, a major training exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North.
