Adams (DDG 2) is towed through the Delaware River en route to Brownsville, Texas, for dismantling. Adams, the U.S. Navy's first guided-missile destroyer built from the keel up, was decommissioned and retired to Naval Inactive Ship Maintenance Facility Philadelphia over 30 years ago.
