PORTSMOUTH, Va. (August 25, 2020) – Pastoral Care Residency (PCR) program students brief their final course project. The program requires students to work on individual research projects focusing on areas of pastoral care, this year the class worked collaboratively to focus on developing telechaplaincy recommendations. The PCR program is an annual, jointly sponsored clinical pastoral education training program designed to enhance professionalism through special academic projects and clinical rotations.
