Air Force Tech. Sgt. String is used to determine the level of care the patient needs. Triage is one of the most important stages of decontamination: it allows people with the worst injuries receive treatment first. Bandy reassessed patients and marked him or her before sending them to be decontaminated. Vibrant Response 13 is a major field exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North.
