Sgt. Justen Fernandez, a military police officer with the Military Police Detachment, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, Regional Command East, organic to the 423rd Military Police Company, New York Army Reserve, reports to the Command Sergeant Major board that will test his knowledge on the Kosovo Force mission and Kosovo history during the KFOR RC-E Best Warrior Competition Aug.27-29, 2020 at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Fernandez won the Best Warrior non-commissioned officer category for the entire RC-E, U.S. brigade-level competition. He was among 10 competitors from the U.S., Polish and Romanian Army who were tested on their physical and mental fitness, as well as their ability to conduct Army Warrior Tasks.
