FORT BENNING, Ga. - Scout Leader Course students discuss their plans for conducting Operation Last Stand Sept. 2, 2020, on Harmony Church. Conducted by the 316th Cavalry Brigade, the mission of the SLC is to help reconnaissance and security leaders develop advanced skills and a better understand a commander’s information requirements to communicate battlefield information, and to develop understanding of employing supporting assets while maneuvering a scout platoon in a combined arms unit.
