JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 2, 2020) – Hospitalman Kyanna Harris uses hand sanitizer at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Intensive Care Unit. Harris, a native of Greenville, North Carolina, recently received a Culture of Patient Safety Award for her work with lab results in the ICU. “Working in the ICU has been a great experience for me. I've had the opportunity to learn so much about patient care, and how to always be a great advocate for the men and women that place their lives in our hands. We work together every day to make sure we are doing what is best for our patients and their overall health.” (U.S. Navy photo by Jacob Sippel, Naval Hospital Jacksonville/Released).
