U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. John Brooks, rescue extraction specialist with the Marine Corps’ Chemical, Biological Incident Response Force, monitors a radio report of incoming “injured” civilians to the CBIRF’s mass decontamination and medical triage point, July 29, during Vibrant Response 13, a major incident exercise conducted by U.S. Northern Command and led by U.S. Army North.
