U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 6th Battalion, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division provide security during Combined Resolve XIV at the Hohenfels Training Area in Hohenfels, Germany, Sept.22, 2020. Combined Resolve XIV is a Headquarters Department of the Army directed Multinational Unified Land Operation exercise with the U.S. Regionally Aligned Force Brigade in support of European Command (EUCOM) objectives. The purpose of the exercise is to prepare the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division along with 8 other allied and partner nations to fight and win in the European theater. The exercise involves more than 5,000 service members at U.S. Army Europe's Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels Training Areas.
