Two flood response team crew members from Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston await to assist residents out of their neighborhood with a shallow water reponse boat as waters rise from a nearby river caused by Hurricane Sally Sept. 16, 2020, in Seminole, Alabama. Once a storm has passed, Coast Guard flood response teams deploy to afffected areas in order to help residents in need of assistance.
