A fueling crew from Group Support Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, hot-refuel a 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment CH-47 Chinook following a water jump during the 5th Special Forces Group Organization Week on 15 Sept. 2020, at Paris Landing State Park TN. “Hot-fuel” allows the pilots to not have to fully power-off and or exit their helicopters to conduct a refuel, this being more cost-effective and preserves more valuable training hours.
