    PORT CANAVERAL (Sept. 26, 2020) – Retired Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, Duane Bushey, the seventh MCPON, hands the long glass to the first Officer of the Deck, Lieutenant Micheal Reyes during the commissioning of the Navy’s newest guided-missile destroyer, USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) to life during the commissioning ceremony. DDG 119, is the first ship in naval history to be named Delbert D. Black, and will be homeported in Naval Station Mayport.
