Spc. Metzaly Ayala, 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery,
Kadena Air Base, carefully reviews each entrée for presentation during the
first island wide "Cook Off" held on Camps Foster, Okinawa, Japan. Service
members from the Marines, Army, Navy and Air Force tested their culinary
skills during the four hour competition creating an appetizer, salad, entrée
and dessert. Members from the U.S. Army, Japan took first place followed by
the Air Force, Marines and Navy.
