204th Airlift Squadron loadmaster Tech. Sgt Josh Morracto prepares to deploy a LUU 2 Flare from the back of a C-17 Globemaster III during a flare deployment training operation held Sep. 29, 2020, in the airspaces around Hawaii. The addition of high intensity illuminating flares comes from the Hawaii Air National Guard's continued support of NASA's SpaceX Human Space Flight program.
