JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 30, 2020) – Jacole Jones, a virtual heath system administrator at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, tests IT capabilities. Jones, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, says, “I’m responsible for upkeep and support of virtual health platforms, systems, and solutions. This includes the Navy Care virtual health visits system, tele-critical care for the Intensive Care Unit, and telehealth clinical surveillance systems, all while supporting DoD’s virtual video visits solution."
