Sgt. 1st Class Daniel Tumey a Combat Medic from the 18th Medical Command (Deployment Support) conducts the Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills stage of the virtual US Army’s Best Warrior Competition on October 2, 2020 at Fort Shafter Flats, Hawaii. The US Army BWC 2020 is an annual competition consisting of competitors from multiple many units across the Army. This year, due to COVID-19, the competition will take place at the competitors home station while conducting physical events and virtually for the knowledge board presided by the Competitor’s Sergeants Majors. The noncommissioned officers and junior enlisted Soldiers are evaluated in several categories such as general military knowledge, basic Soldier skills, and physical fitness.
