During the competition Marines completed an endurance course, strength test and finished with a timed mile long run, all events were ran separately making sure every contestant was given a fair chance and also making sure everyone was within COVID-19 risk mitigation guidelines. HITT competitions and events such as these are hosted to try and promote combat fitness and a healthy competitive mindset, to further push Marines and reward them for their efforts.
