The German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (GAFPB) is one of the few foreign awards authorized for wear on a United States Army Soldier’s dress uniform. The road march event of the GAFPB is a 12-kilometer ruck march carrying a minimum of 35-pounds performed in less than two hours.
