U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Stephen Upton, 502nd Operations Support Squadron air traffic controller assistant chief controller, monitors workstations in support of hurricane evacuation operations during hurricane Delta Oct. 7, 2020, at Joint San Antonio-Kelly Field, Texas. Eleven C-130s from the 403rd Wing, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., were moved to JBSA-Kelly Field. This is the third time this season aircrafts have temporarily relocated to the JBSA area.
