LAKE CHARLES, La., Oct. 10, 2020 – Members of Florida Task Force 2 perform urban search and rescue operations following Hurricane Delta. The Miami-based team of 45 rescue professionals, two K-9s and a convoy of 18 vehicles deployed to Louisiana to assist with urban search and rescue operations. It is part of the National Urban Search and Rescue Response System that consists of 28 task forces that can be deployed by FEMA to assist state and local governments in rescuing disaster survivors.
