U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Kyle Larson, 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron air reconnaissance weather officer, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., monitors his equipment prior to take off in support of hurricane evacuation operations during hurricane Delta Oct. 8, 2020, at Joint San Antonio-Kelly Field, Texas. Eleven C-130s from the 403rd Wing, Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., were moved to JBSA-Kelly Field. This is the third time this season aircrafts have temporarily relocated to the JBSA area.
