U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Daniel Pacheco, a crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, fires an M240D machine gun from the back of an MV-22B Osprey aircraft during a tail gunnery certification in support of the Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 1-21 in Yuma, Arizona, Oct. 06, 2020. The WTI course is a seven-week training event hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One, providing standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
