PHILIPPINE SEA (Sept. 18, 2020) Sgt. Landon, a crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 262 (Reinforced), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, fires an M240B Machine gun out of a UH-1Y Huey helicopter as they fly over a range. New Orleans, part of the America Amphibious Ready Group, 31st MEU team, is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
