The 145th Airlift Wing’s second C-17 hangar under construction as part of the C-17 conversion for the 145th Airlift Wing, once completed the unit will have two fully functional hangars to house and work on the C-17 aircraft, at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, October 14, 2020. The 145th Airlift Wing began converting from C-130 Hercules to the C-17 in October of 2017 and officially exited conversion in October 2020.
