U.S. Marines within II Marine Expeditionary Force set up their equipment during a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) training exercise at Bombing Target 11 (BT-11), North Carolina, on Oct. 8, 2020. During this event the Marines qualified on multiple required scenarios they must be proficient in to ensure they are ready for any threat that challenges the nation. Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina’s, training sites, such as BT-11, allow forces from across the Department of Defense to come and conduct a wide manner of training events to help keep the nations preparedness high and ready to respond to any threat.
