MSRON-3 is a detachment of Navy Expeditionary Combat Force Europe-Africa (NECFEURAF)/ Task Force 68 (TF 68). The Maritime Expeditionary Security Force is a core Navy capability which enables the fleet by providing port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security operations.
