U.S. Army Horizontal Construction Engineers from the 82nd Engineer Battalion, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division built berms to protect and support strategic fighting positions for the AN/TPQ-53 Radar. Anti-tank ditch, vehicle fighting position, and protective berm training provides the commanders a better sense of how fast and efficiently they can emplace obstacles and fighting positions to assist in battlefield shaping plans.
