(Oct. 10, 2020) – The backside of the rocket pod of a U.S. Marine Corps High Mobility Rocket Artillery System India Battery, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit sits in preparation for a simulated fire mission during an expeditionary fires training event. The HIMARS is a truck mounted, rocket launcher, capable of accurately hitting precise targets over long distances.
