CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti – Damage Controlman 1st Class Chance E. Warren, assistant installation training officer, Camp Lemonnier, speaks to members of the base’s Fire and Emergency Services after a mass casualty scenario during Reliant Rumble, a disaster response exercise held on base, October 15, 2020. CLDJ first responders address an earthquake with mass casualties and all others onboard are responsible for personnel accountability, base security and disaster safety. The exercise is part of an assessment conducted on all eight installations of Navy Region Europe, Africa, Central to test their response proficiency. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
