    Navy Reserve - Navy Public Affairs Support Element West

    201017-N-YS140-001 Alameda, Calif. (Oct. 17, 2020) Sailors of the Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Alameda Medial Department set up a drive-thru flu shot station in preparation of administering approximately 100 flu shots. The NOSC Medical Department will provide multiple opportunities for Selected Reservists (SELRES) to receive flu shots and maintain medical readiness throughout the COVID pandemic and beyond. NOSC Alameda supports training, administration, logistics, and mobilization readiness for 31 Navy Reserve units consisting of nearly 700 SELRES.
