European multinational disaster response exercise Blonde Avalanche 2020, provided an opportunity for Romanian, Hungarian, Slovakian and Ukrainian military members to practice and demonstrate their domestic readiness. Representatives from the Blonde Avalanche 2020 host nation, Romania, and their National Guard state partner, Alabama, said the high domestic response requirements of recent events made the need for sharing of tactics and experience through this event more apparent than ever.
