U.S. Marines from Second Air-Naval Gunfire Liaison Company receive a mission briefing before conducting a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) training exercise at Bombing Target 11 (BT-11), North Carolina, Oct. 20, 2020. During this event the Marines qualified on multiple required scenarios they must be proficient in to ensure they are ready for any challenge they may be faced with in a combat situation. Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina’s, training sites, such as BT-11, allow forces from across the Department of Defense to utilize their grounds in order to help maintain proficiency and readiness.
