A cavalryman with 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, gives the ‘shaka’ prior to taking off aboard an aircraft of the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade, 25th Infantry Division in order to conduct an air assault exercise as part of force-on-force operations at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, Louisiana, Oct. 14, 2020. The JRTC exercise is a capstone training event that allows 2nd Brigade to achieve certification for worldwide deployment while building interoperability with key allies in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
