Patrick Oliver, noncommissioned officer in charge of non-destructive inspections assigned to the 36th Maintenance Squadron demonstrates how easily his prototype is to clean Oct. 22, 2020, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Oliver recently submitted an innovation idea for a new sample fluid holder that reached the Air Force level. His prototype will save the Air Force an estimated $144,00 a year.
