(Sep. 23, 2020) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FOUR (NMCB 4) carry a casualty from a simulated mortar strike to the battalion aid station. NMCB 4 is exercising the capability to construct and defend an Advance Naval Base (ANB). Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service providing task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support global Navy objectives.
