U.S. Navy Corpsmen with 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, I Marine Expeditionary Force, conduct hoist training with U.S. Army Soldiers from Golf Company, 7th Battalion, 158th Aviation Regiment (Medevac), U.S. Army Reserve, during 1st Med. Bn. En Route Care Training 21-1 at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Oct. 19, 2020. During the training, the corpsmen practiced being lifted into an HH-60L Advanced Medical Evacuation Black Hawk, using a SKED stretcher system, and initiating IV’s during flight.
