201022-M-JX780-1151 PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 22, 2020) ‒ U.S. Navy Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Ian Zeitler, assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25), clears a stoppage in an M240B machine gun on the flight deck of Somerset during a deck shoot training event. The Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group and the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit are currently conducting at-sea training events in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operations.
