Eiichiro Fukazawa, commanding general, Northern Air Defense Force, Japan Air Self-Defense Force, visits the 1st Battalion, 1st Air Defense Artillery Regiment northern Japan training site Oct. 27 to learn more about how the U.S. Army integrates Air Defense capabilities with joint and bilateral partners during Keen Edge/Orient Shield 2021. KS/OS 21 refines the U.S. Army’s ability to integrate into the Joint Force and enable multi-domain operations that include long-range precision fires and integrated air defense capabilities.
