Young, a native of Des Plaines, Ill., and tuba player for the 484th Army Band based out of Milwaukee, performs with the 85th Army Band July 23, 2012, during the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart change-of-command ceremony in Stuttgart, Germany. Young augmented the 85th Army Band while the unit conducted its overseas deployment training and assisted the U.S. Army Europe Band and Chorus.
