Colonel Michael H. Brown (right), the outgoing commanding officer of Headquarters Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, wishes luck to Col. James B. “Beau” Higgins, who replaced Brown as commanding officer during the Headquarters Battalion change of command Aug. 3. Brown, who arrived at Headquarters Battalion in August 2010, departs for Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command to serve as the operations officer.
