Marines from Headquarters and Support Battalion aboard Marine Corps Base Public Affairs push themselves to new mental limits as they participate in the monthly battalion physical training which consisted of Semper Fit Aug. 3. The instructors from Semper Fit enjoy leading the Marines because they know the Marines will push their limits as far as is needed for the whole session.
