201031-N-NY362-1042 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 31, 2020) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Joseph Panganiban, from Fort Washington, Md., approaches Her Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS) Winnipeg’s embarked CH-148 Cyclone helicopter during cross-deck landing training on the flight deck of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Shiloh (CG67) during Keen Sword 21. Keen Sword is an example of the strength of the U.S.-Japan Alliance, the foundation of peace and security in the Indo-Pacific region for more than 60 years.
