Sgt. Carter Driggs, a technical engineer with HHC 891st Engineer Battalion, swears into the Kansas Army National Guard in a short ceremony held Oct. 21. Driggs transferred to Kansas from Arizona and will continue to serve with the 891st Engineer Battalion upon completion of the deployment.
