U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command conduct a planning exercise alongside partner nation service members from the Dominican Republic and Honduran Navy at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 29, 2020. The U.S. and partner nation training will consist of virtual exercises and subject matter expert exchanges leading up to the multinational maritime exercise UNITAS LXI. This exercise is designed to train U.S. and partner nation forces involved to conduct joint naval operations in order to increase interoperability and capability between participating naval and marine forces.
