Thomas Bussiere, Deputy Commander, U.S. Strategic Command, (center) and Master Gunnery Sgt. Terrance Meekins, senior enlisted leader, on the capabilities of Ohio-class ballistic-missile submarines in the dry dock onboard Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia. It is the largest covered dry dock in the United States.
