KINGS BAY, Ga. (Nov. 6, 2020) Three red roses lay on a memorial stone signifying three veterans who lost their lives. The inscribed stone reads, “We dedicate our daily efforts to those still on patrol.” The annual Submarine Veterans of World War II ceremony honors all veterans who previously served or who currently serve aboard a U.S. Navy submarine.
