Marines brief Capt. Kevin J. Stepp, company commander of Company B, Marine Wing Communications Squadron 28, on the last day of Exercise Spartan Xiphos, July 31. The eight day exercise on MCAS Cherry Point and outlying military facilities in North Carolina prepared the company for setting up a communications network covering 7,000 square miles in the Arizona desert.
