Army 1st Lt. Nick Creech, Joint Detention Group, thrusts a weighted bar over his head as temperatures approach the mid-90s during a 31-minute Crossfit workout at Guantanamo Bay, Aug. 4 to raise money for the families of the 31 heroes killed in a Chinook helicopter crash, Aug. 6, 2011. The event is part of the 31 Heroes Project which more than 430 gyms participate in around the world.
