Lt. Ryan Blake, attached to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 2, displays a PackBot transportable robotic system to a members of the Chilean Naval War College during a tour of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Aug. 8. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the tour participants with NECC capabilities and provide first-hand experience with expeditionary sailors and their equipment.
